Wood Borer Management Service (WBMS)
Wood Boring beetles or wood worms are group of insects whose larvae feed on wood and destroy wooden furniture’s and fittings. Adult beetles lay eggs in wooden cracks or on dead and decaying woods. When these infested woods are used for making furniture, the larvae in the wood starts feeding on the wooden furniture and can live inside for years, making it onerous to detect their presence. However their presence can be detected by small holes of around 1.5mm to 3mm on the wooden surfaces followed by wooden dust of brown colours.
